This policy covers all three brands under the AI Digital Helper Group.
This Privacy Policy applies to all three brands operated by the AI Digital Helper Group:
Together these brands are referred to as "we", "us", or "our". We operate the website aidigitalhelper.com and the social media management platform at booking.aidigitalhelper.com (collectively the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
- Social media tokens: OAuth access tokens for platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Stored encrypted, used solely to publish content on your behalf.
- Content data: posts, images, videos, captions, stories, and any other media you create, upload, or schedule through the platform.
- Usage data: log files, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
- Communications: emails or messages you send to our support team.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To publish social media content to the platforms you have authorised.
- To cross-post and amplify your content across AI Digital Helper, Tamil Australia, and Digital Life Stream platforms as described in Section 5.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing).
- To respond to enquiries and customer support requests.
- To monitor and improve performance and security of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
- Brands within the AI Digital Helper Group (AI Digital Helper, Tamil Australia, Digital Life Stream) for cross-posting, audience engagement, and co-marketing as described in Section 5.
- Social media platforms (Meta, X Corp, LinkedIn, etc.) solely to fulfil publishing requests you authorise.
- Service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law.
4. Meta / Instagram / Threads Data
When you connect an Instagram or Threads account, we request only the permissions necessary to read your profile and publish content (threads_basic, threads_content_publish, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish). We do not access your private messages or full follower lists. Tokens are stored encrypted and revocable at any time from your Meta account settings.
5. Cross-Posting, Content Use & Audience Growth
5.1 Cross-Brand Use of Your Content
When you upload, schedule, or publish any content through the Service — including photographs, videos, text posts, captions, stories, or any other media (collectively "User Content") — you grant the AI Digital Helper Group a worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- Cross-post and republish your User Content across all social media accounts, websites, newsletters, and digital channels operated by AI Digital Helper, Tamil Australia, and Digital Life Stream.
- Repurpose and adapt your User Content for different platform formats (e.g., resizing images, adding captions, creating reels or story formats).
- Promote and amplify your content to grow audiences, increase impressions, attract new participants and followers, and boost engagement across all three brands.
- Feature your content in marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and showcases for any of the three brands.
5.2 Your Benefit
This cross-posting is designed to benefit you by significantly expanding your content's reach. Posting through the Service means your content can be amplified across Tamil Australia and Digital Life Stream audiences simultaneously — increasing visibility at no additional cost.
5.3 Attribution
Where reasonably practicable, we will acknowledge the original source of content when cross-posting. However, we do not guarantee attribution in all cases, particularly where content is adapted or reformatted for different platforms.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8). Social media access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect an account.
Note: Content already published to social media platforms may remain on those platforms in accordance with each platform's own retention policies, even after deletion from our Service.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, rate limiting, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights — Including the Right to Delete
You have the following rights regarding your personal data and User Content:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and User Content from our platform. Upon a verified request, we will remove your data from our database and media library within 30 days.
- Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing in certain circumstances.
Deletion from our platform does not automatically remove content already published to third-party social media platforms — you must delete those posts directly on each platform. Content that has been cross-posted, reshared, or used in marketing materials by the AI Digital Helper Group brands may not be fully retractable from all distributions.

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Australian Privacy Law Compliance
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are located in Australia and believe we have not complied, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
