Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your data from any of our three brands.
This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data held by the AI Digital Helper Group, which operates the following brands:
This includes data collected through our social media management platform, our Meta-connected apps (Facebook / Instagram / Threads), and any other services operated under these brands.
🗑 Request Your Data Deletion
Email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address linked to your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email address, password hash)
- All OAuth access tokens for connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.)
- All scheduled and published posts, media files, captions, and story content
- Workspace configuration, team member associations, and queue settings
- Analytics data, audience metrics, and engagement history linked to your account
- Any other personal data we hold in relation to your account
Retention exceptions
Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law:
- Financial and billing transaction records — up to 7 years under Australian tax law
- Security and audit logs related to fraud or abuse investigations
- Data required to comply with a court order or regulatory obligation
How to disconnect our app from Meta
You can immediately revoke our app's access to your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account directly through Meta — before or after submitting a deletion request:
- Open the Facebook app, Instagram app, or Threads app on your device.
- Go to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites (Facebook/Instagram) or Settings → Account → Apps and Websites (Threads).
- Find our app (AI Digital Helper, Tamil Australia, or Digital Life Stream) in the Active apps list.
- Tap Remove to immediately revoke all access tokens — this stops any future publishing immediately.
Revoking Meta access stops future publishing. Your data on our servers remains until you submit a deletion request as described above.
Your rights under Australian Privacy Law
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. We are committed to honouring these rights promptly. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
