About us

Ai Digital Helper is an Australian business selling digital products and related services, plus a small range of physical items, to customers in Australia.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-ready. We try to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but we may correct errors and update pricing at any time before you order.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered as instant downloads after payment. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files as your own product.

Physical products

We currently ship physical items within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, and items are subject to availability.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if we are unable to process it.

Refunds, IP and liability

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. All content and products remain the property of Ai Digital Helper or our licensors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the product or refunding what you paid.
